Our room's wardrobe had a faulty door, but I informed the receptionist right after I checked in. And I got all of my deposit back during checkout. They ask for $500 baht deposit , wich i see no problem, because they provide towels, slippers, soap and shampoo every day, water , rooms have tv, locker with safebox inside, pot for coffee and free coffee in lobby, pool is on the 10th floor and gym also, you can have a really great view from bangkok and bring your own drinks there, also you have bts station close, many massage parlors, local markets, and 7 11 same street. ”
